George Washington University: Supporting women business leaders

George Washington University School of Business and the International Women's Forum launched a program to combat the gender imbalance existing on corporate boards: On the Board. They aimed to catapult strong women leaders into corporate board positions through careful training and support.

On the Board approached my team with the task of creating a visual story for their program kickoff. I created a approachable yet confident narrative script that guided the creation of our final deliverable - an animated motion graphic. With a team of designers and animators, I oversaw all storyboarding, animation, and sound production.

As our happy client informed us, the video became the cornerstone of the launch, inspiring the audience of supporters and an inaugural class of women buiness leaders to shine.
