OneNYC: Civic engagement in New York City
NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio's office approached my team to create a dynamic version of his first 10-year plan for the city. With a tight timeline and a vast array of stakeholders across the city, I was challenged to create a clear product roadmap ensure rapid development.
After an on-time launch, the product we created, OneNYC, was so popular that it spread across all city social media channels, driving a high volume of traffic to the site. The success prompted city officials to build a longer-term relationship with my team to help them continue to spark civic engagement through the platform.
