The VA is the country's largest integrated healthcare system, and offers billions of dollars in public benefits each year to veterans and their families. With a fragmented app ecosystem, how might a consolidated flagship app better serve veterans?

I led Product from discovery to deployment over two years, scaled the team as it doubled in size, hired, mentored, and managed a team of 5 Senior Product Managers, and ultimately launched in the VA's first enterprise wide mobile app for iOS and Android. With a 4.8 star rating and 500,000 users in just 2 months, the app is widely beloved by veterans looking to message their healthcare providers, check their appointments, and manage their disability payments in one place.

The app has been widely recognized by federal leadership as a success and model for public service delivery, and was featured as part of President Biden's Customer Experience Executive Order
